Job Description - HRBP -Hyderabad

Talent Acquisition :

  • Maintaining MRF Trackers, Providing support in e-Recruiting process.
  • Supporting TA in organizing and conducting the interviews.
  • Collecting the required docs from selected candidates to release the offer letters.

HR Operations:

  • New employee Induction / Orientation.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Clarify the employee grievance and various issues/queries.
  • Maintain MIS report, Employee information.
  • Coordination of Annual / Half Yearly Health Checkups.
  • Creating and managing HR budget along with monthly trackers.

Employee Engagement:

  • New initiatives to adopt and engaging the employees to the work culture.
  • Coordination and planning for engagement activities.
  • Calendarising and motivating the employees on engagement activities
  • Support for conducting Biocon Annual Day and Annual Games/Sports.
  • Meeting employees regularly to find satisfactory levels on employment engagement.

Training & Development( L&D):

  • Ensure the training needs are identified, calendared and all employees under go 2 man-days of training in a year.
  • Ensure timely completion of PMP activities by providing support and guidance.Organizing customized training programs based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.

Employee Relations (ER):

  • Conduct FGDs and Floor walks to understand employee pulse
  • Conducting business meetings and various team building activities .
  • Guiding for medical insurance claims.

Manpower planning and budgeting (MPP):

  • Maintain block wise and site wise manpower data.
  • Planning for manpower budgets for new and existing projects
  • Planning for CL requirements and modifying as per business needs.

Performance Management System (PMP):

  • Ensure New B are trained on Goal Setting and Goal completions.
  • Guidance on New B for probation process
  • Ensuring the completion of PMP as per timelines
  • Conducting road shows on PMP and guiding employees or managers for the process.
  • Supporting the Assessments in PMP

Apprentices/Interns Management System :

  • Guiding the managers about the Apprentices/Interns processes.
  • Supporting the Apprentices/.Intern hirings.
  • Ensure the availability of Apprentices / Interns at all times as backup.
  • Handling Apprentices conversion process.

Rewards and Recognitions :

  • Handling employee R&R budgeting/procurement etc..
  • Supporting OE for conducting various R&R events.
  • Motivating the employees for R&R
