IT Admin

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops.
  
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Manage inventory and track the status of all company laptops and desktops.
  
• Install configure and update software applications on company devices.
  
• Ensure all software licenses are uptodate and comply with company policies.
  
• Assist users with software issues and provide training when necessary.
  
• Monitor and maintain servers to ensure they are running efficiently and securely.
  
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
  
• Manage server configurations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  
• Maintain and administer IT systems including email servers file servers and cloud services.
  
• Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates.
  
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of laptop/desktop repair and maintenance.
  
• Experience with server administration and network management.
  

Experience in the design and management of Healthcare Projects Good to have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant software development life-cycles and Healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR. Good to know areas such as EMR/EHR, Preventive Analysis and Primary Care, and HIPAA transaction and code set standards are all significant pluses. Five or more years of experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment. Experience with Care Management process implementation and support Project Management or Performance Improvement experience of progressive responsibility in Hospital, Public or Practice Administration or an equivalent field, including substantial exposure in meeting community health needs; or, An equivalent combination of training, education, and experience in related fields and educational disciplines
