Everyone at Halma India makes an impact, and so do you when you join us! Role & Responsibilities: Perform system & network monitoring and checks daily. Manage IT assets and control and protect the organization's IT assets throughout the asset life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition. Maintain & update all hardware & software asset information on a regular basis (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and yearly). Involve in IT asset management audit, policies, procedures, and processes. And Coordinate with a team in utilizing the asset management tools to analyse, review, and track asset data. Develop asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location, and contracts. Involve in Software’s management. Responsible for providing IT training on a regular basis to employees and communicating with stakeholders to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network devices. Coordination with vendors while troubleshooting hardware & software related issues. Flexibility with working during evenings and weekends in case of maintenance activities. Responsible for an efficient ticketing system to monitor incoming service desk tickets, track incidents, and troubleshoot issues. Consistently meet call handling goals by closing an average of 15 to 20 calls per day with a 100% first call resolution ratio. Provide users with information on available upgrades and troubleshoot computer related problems for internal and external clients. Responsible for handling IT activities related to system support using a ticketing tool. Responsible for installation, maintenance, and administration of Microsoft products like Windows family operating systems. Experience : Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience. IT Audit experience and process implementation. Experience in Asset Management including reports. Certification on Windows servers or virtualization platforms is an added advantage. A person who has hands-on experience in Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Office products. Strong experience and understanding of anti-virus and other security products and troubleshooting hardware issues related to Dell, HP, Surface Pro, and MAC. Good understanding of cloud deployments (Azure) and solutions to support the business. Qualifications: Degree or 3 years Diploma in Computers or related field.
