Job Description:
As an L2 System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. You will work closely with the L3 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365, workstation management, Citrix, and other IT infrastructure components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding IT infrastructure and systems.
2. Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and monitoring.
3. Manage and maintain Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and domain controllers.
4. Support and manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
5. Perform workstation management tasks, including software installations, updates, and patch management.
6. Assist in the administration and support of Citrix virtualization technologies.
7. Collaborate with the L3 team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
8. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
9. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
Required Skills:
1. Solid understanding of Windows server operating systems and Active Directory administration.
2. Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
3. Proficiency in workstation management and software deployment.
4. Knowledge of Citrix virtualization technologies (XenApp/XenDesktop) is a plus.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
