The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, process improvement, and a proven track record of managing HR processes efficiently. The HR Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, Liver high value?

Roles and responsibilities:

HR Process Management:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as needed for management review.

Payroll Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing, including validation, reconciliation, and compliance with tax regulations.
  • collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements.

Employee Benefits:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide assistance with benefits-related matters.

HRIS Management:

  • Manage the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
  • Provide training to HR and other relevant staff on HRIS functionalities.

Performance Metrics:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR operations.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance of HR processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with HR service providers, including payroll vendors and benefits administrators.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.

Employee Relations:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and ensure resolution in compliance with company policies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • MBA from premier institutions with min 10+ yrs of progressive experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Well versed with HR best practices as well as employment laws in India markets
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools like DarwinBox, Workday, etc,.
