Asa Treasury Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Managing and leading day to day operations within Treasury Operations India.
- Support treasury operations global bank administration process by establishing and monitoring the global bank account management landscape, including signatories and banking products.
- Continuously strive for simplification and automation of operational tasks including integration with the bank partners where possible.
- Measure and Drive SLAs of banking partners, monitor performance to ensure minimum service level adherence. Publish SLAs at a regular frequency.
- Developing and maintaining operational processes through documentation updates and cross-training.
- Performing bank account maintenance including bank account openings, closings, and changes associated with our accounts, services, or authorized persons.
- Provide broad-based, analytical support to the Treasury team for global controls processes and initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc analytical projects to support the Senior Treasury Analyst and other members of the Treasury team.
- Liaise with IT and provide support for testing and rollout of new software applications and upgrades.
- Document complex technical flows and integration for team reference.
- Provide timely, accurate, and concise communication to stakeholders.
- Execution of Bank documentation process for account opening, modification, closure and services setup.
- Coordinate with Treasury team, Legal team, and Banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services requests.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of account data in centralized tool/ database with external Banking partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies identified.
- Maintain repository of documentation requirements for various service setup with Banking partners.
- Coordinating with Tax & Legal teams on Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Drive process improvements & simplification initiatives to streamline the process.
- Drive and maintain global metrics and maintenance of global process documentation.
- Working with the Global Capital & Funding Team in the areas of Liquidity Management, Debt Management, Interest controls, Risk Management (Counterparty management, FX and interest rate hedging).
- Variance analysis to explain the underlying driver for change in the Cash Flow, Interest etc.
- Support SOX and compliance with queries and requirements.
- Handle escalations (complex and non-standard) related to the user and bank account management processes.
- Perform user entitlement updates in the banking portals.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, the new healthcare company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, and/or statistics from an accredited institution.
- Documentation and process flows (MS Visio / PPT)
- Good MS Excel skills
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Time management
- Overall work experience of morethan 7 years required (relevant experience within Treasury of at least 3-4 years preferred)
