Line Operator / Machine Operator

Machine Operator – Having 0.6 Months - 1 years of experience in operating Braking Assembly line, willing to work in shift, capable to manage low volumes line single handedly.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings.
• Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Test operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Maintain activity logs.
• Able to read & calibrate nut runners' unit / Able to operate software which is needed for ECU Flashing Operation.
• Managing inbound / outbound with record keeping.
• Preventive maintenance
• Raw Material Ordering & Supplier Follow Ups.
• Forecast Track & monitoring stocks.
• Production Planning – Meeting Monthly demands.
• To get trained on Navigen system to maintain logs (Inward / Outward).
• Warehouse Management.
• Flexible to work between manufacturing Lines during coarse of time.

Skill Set:-

• Working knowledge of diverse Manual & Automatic Braking machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
• Having Knowledge of Basic Knowledge of Braking Manufacturing & flexible to work on multiple assembly lines on site as per future business requirements.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Ability to read Machine Manuals Effectively / schematics.
• Understanding of production procedures
