Job Description - Logistics and Inventory Manager

Company Description

Stash Out is an innovative mobile application available on both iOS and Android platforms, designed to offer thrift shopping experience for users. Users can buy and sell thrift fashion products on the StashOut App. We leverage cutting-edge technologies to provide an exceptional user experience and are looking for a Logistic and Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Our goal is to create a retail experience that not only offers high-quality and affordable products but also promotes eco-friendly practices through recycling and upcycling.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics and Inventory Manager at StashOut in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations and providing sales support to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage sourcing of inventory from different vendors and establish a smooth process of inbound inventory supply.
  • Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to optimize logistics processes.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to improve efficiency in logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination and/or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with logistics software or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics processes is an asset.
