Logistics Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistic Executive at a food ingredients based startup .

Responsibilities:-

The Logistic Executive will be responsible for

• Handling export documentation

• Managing documents

• Ensuring effective communication relating to export processes.

• Identifying Vendors

Job Description:

• Process Bill of Lading as per the shipping instructions and standard operating procedures, without any errors.

• Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of HBL/MB/L & Invoice.

• Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details.

• Submitting of SI to the shipping line & Preparing House B/L .

• Payment request & arrange payment from account dept.

• Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Import/ Exports consignments handled by Team.

• Knowledge of Country wise clauses/ requirements for HBL .

• Should have knowledge of handling Cross country/ Third country shipments.

• Knowledge of creating Invoices/ updating of charges.

• Knowledge of what is Switch Bl & how it is handled.

• Knowledge of handling Nomination shipments.

• Assist team with other administrative tasks.

Job Requirement:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience: At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in shipping, customer service on freight forwarder business or shipping.

• Good command of English.

• Good Attitude, positive interpersonal skill, well-organized and able to work as team.

• Good Email Drafting skills.

• Tech Savvy.

• Candidate should be residing in Navi Mumbai.
