Position Purpose

As a Digital Officer, you will be responsible to help define, lead and monitor the digitalization and industrialization activity and governance.

You will join the Process Science Group department and ensure the management of the activity, encompassing project portfolio management, budget monitoring and the global animation of the digital community.

As a Digital Officer, you will be the voice of the department in the various meetings and forums.

You will also be actively involved in the promotion of digital solutions, contributing to the communication plan and organizing different campaigns.

Responsibilities

Organization & Strategy

•        Define, implement and monitor the proper governance related to Business Solutions Unit (32 people based in 8 locations)

•        Organize PSG meetings (Steering, PO, …), manage agendas and minutes

•        Define and monitor the strategy of the department and the portfolio roadmap, according to key budget and activity indicators

•        Ensure that project commitments are clearly defined and in line with the strategy and the priority defined the Management

•        Play an advisory role (alerts and recommendations) to the general management

•        Organize and facilitate capacity planning across the portfolio of projects and communicate resource allocation challenges.

Reporting/KPIs

•        Produce a summary of the activity and the project portfolio for the relevant committees and stakeholders

•        Supervise the collection of information needed

•        Guarantee reliable and commented reporting with the necessary alerts and recommendations

•        Consolidate all the indicators necessary to update the set of KAI and KPI

Budget Follow up

•        Monitor the investments and savings related to the various initiatives

•        Ensure synergies created by PSG are reported, tracked and accounted as per on-going official efficiency plan requirements (Diamond)

•        Monitor the department's overall budget (consumed, forecast and preparation of the N+1 budget)

•        Link with IT on budget matters

•        Overall resource management

Change

•        Design, implement, lead and continuously improve the framework and tools to collect, centralize information and report to the Senior Management

•        Provide the necessary decision-making support to all the actors involved (project manager, program manager or Management)

•        Coach entry-level team members on projects governance and methodologies, organize learning events on standard

Community Management

•        Act as a Digital Community Manager (Business Solutions Unit, Solution Leads, Digital Champions and Ambassadors) to ensure alignment on the global objectives

•        Organize and participate in events to boost our brand awareness (sharing days, forums, …)

•        Act as the face and voice of digital brand and manage all community communications

Communication

•        Help define the communication strategy together with the marketing department, set and implement communication campaigns

•       Liaise with our digital experts to stay updated on new AI solutions and stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·       Organization, project management methodologies and tools

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management is required

·       In-depth transversal knowledge of Securities Services activities - essential to identify issues and propose relevant approaches, as well as to detect best replicable practices

·       Change agent, oriented towards achieving results and demonstrating innovative, enthusiastic, rigorous, organizational sense, empathy, listening capacity …

·       Energetic, proactive, determined, able to drive change, positive attitude, results oriented
