Marketing Executive

Position Overview: Isprava is seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Marketing Executive with a focus on Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in event agency operations and will be responsible for managing the procurement of marketing materials and services ensuring costefficiency and maintaining highquality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers for marketingrelated goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee the procurement process from purchase order to delivery ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure highquality and costeffective procurement.
• Monitor market trends to identify potential new suppliers and costsaving opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for marketing procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in procurement preferably within an event agency or marketing operations environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
