Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Lendingkart, a leading financial technology company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in office management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate administrative duties for the remote office, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. 2. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication. 3. Oversee virtual office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in daily tasks. 4. Provide support to the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. 5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 6. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner. 7. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a productive work environment. 8. Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making processes. 9. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company goals and objectives.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations. 3. Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve conflicts and drive initiatives forward. 4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively. 7. Experience with remote work tools and platforms is an advantage.
