Salvia Travels is a travel agency located in New Delhi that specializes in providing hassle-free and memorable holidays in Russia and other CIS countries such as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus etc. We take care of all the needs of our travellers from the moment they arrive at the destination airport until their departure to India.

SALVIA VISA FACILITATION SERVICES (SVFS) has vast experience of working as the outsourcing company for the Embassy of Russian Federation in India which led to an ease in the Visa requirement procedure for Indian travelers and hence made Russia more accessible and desirable for Indian travelers. Currently, we are the official visa centre for the Embassy of Kyrgyz Republic in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Associate at Salvia Travels in New Delhi. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing bookings with partners in respective destinations , handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients. You will also work closely with various departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Experience in operations or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional language skills are a plus)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred
