Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

2. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion. This includes managing labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction meets industry standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from the project requirements.

5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.

6. Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and track against the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project financials.

7. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met within established timelines. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage any disputes that may arise.

9. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel. Adhere to relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

10.Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients through regular communication and responsiveness to their needs. Address client concerns promptly and strive to exceed their expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
