Must haves -

1. should have spent 5 – 10 years in leadership role

2. Team Manager - team size 400 (250 at least have managed)

3. Experience on HB & PB coding, if worked on inpatient coding (preferred)

4. Experience on Edits/Denial resolution (HB & PB coding)

5. Team will be working in multispecialty.

6. Provider side of business

7. Does the profile also speak about data analytics, automation (preferred)

Certification – Any certification from AAPC and/or AHIMA

Shift – 12 pm to 9 pm

Mode – Hybrid (2-3 days working from office)

Location – Hyderabad
