Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve Microsoft Windows Server Administration, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for production systems and services, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues and minimize downtime. - Manage delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to production systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration, VMware Architecture and Design. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production systems and services. - Experience in managing delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.Graduate
