Job Description - Operations Executive

Job Summary :

The Operation Executive for our Contingent Workforce Program will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the management information system (MIS) for Client’s Contingent hiring program. This role will involve collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to the contingent workforce, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain the MIS for the program, including data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure the MIS aligns with business needs.

3. Collect and compile data on workforce performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.

4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

5. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with insights on contingent workforce performance and trends.

6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data audits and implementing data quality controls.

7. Identify and implement enhancements to the MIS to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability.

8. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the MIS.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to contingent workforce management and MIS.

10. Coordinate Onboarding and Offboarding of contingent Workforce and complete Exit formalities.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (5 years) in managing and maintaining MIS systems, preferably in a contingent workforce management context.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights. 4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and data visualization tools.

5. Knowledge of contingent workforce management processes and best practices is a Plus.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

9. Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.

10. Knowledge of relevant legal and compliance requirements related to contingent workforce management is a plus.
