Job Description - Peoplesoft Administrator

Skills:

Required

o 5+ years of IT work experience with 5-8 Peopelsoft administration PIA (EPM) installing, upgrading, and supporting

o 5 -8 years with Oracle ERP tool version 8. x Finance and HCM modules version 8-9.x

o Deep understanding of internet architecture: web servers, application servers, software configuration and troubleshooting

o Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, experience with troubleshooting complex issues for Peoplesoft environments.

o Experience with installing, upgrading, configuring, tuning, monitoring, and administration of ERP suites in Linux and Windows

o Scripting skills with Shell, bash, pearl, python

o Support 24/7 production environment

o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Desired

o Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC)

o ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

o PL/SQL scripting

o experience with the Financial or HR industry

o Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or MIS
