Job Description:
upGrad is seeking a reliable and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team for remote work in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is an entry level position with zero years of experience required. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain the personal and professional schedule of the CEO. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for business trips. 3. Act as a liaison between the CEO and external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners. 4. Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed. 5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 6. Assist in managing emails and correspondence. 7. Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
