Polarion Developer

Overview

The Polarion Developer plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining software applications using Polarion a comprehensive platform for Requirements Management and Application Lifecycle Management. As a Polarion Developer you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of Polarion with other software systems while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Your work will directly contribute to facilitating efficient project management and enhancing the overall software development lifecycle.

Experience in implementation & Integration projects in ALM

2. Expertise with industry ALM Requirements Test & Source Configuration Management tools.

3. Siemens Polarion experience is a must.

4. Experienced in Integration of HIL MIL SIL MATLAB Simulink Jenkins SVN GIT & creating CICD pipeline wih Siemens Polarion

5. Knowledge of related Product tools such as IBM Rational Doors PTC Integrity Jama Contour JIRA Azure DevOps Codebeamer

6. Experience with ALM Infrastructure activities like Cluster configuration LDAP Integration SSO enablement and Identity providers such as Okta

7. Experience / knowledge with Apache SQL & Postgre

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and customizing applications on the Polarion platform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java JavaScript or other relevant technologies used in Polarion development.
• Strong understanding of Requirements Management concepts and best practices.
• Experience in software configuration management and version control systems.
• Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.
• Certifications or training in Polarion administration and customization is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Adaptability to learn and master new technologies and tools as per project requirements.
• Knowledge of software security best practices and data protection measures.
• Experience in providing technical support and training to endusers is advantageous.
