Position Overview

Job Title- Reconciliation Analyst

Location- Pune

Role Description

This is a cash publishing process which ensures the right cash projections on timely manner to front office which might have an impact on their investment decisions. This role will be responsible for completing the day-to-day activity as per standards and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. This position is required to manage different type of Reconciliations i.e IBOR Vs Custody Cash & Position, IBOR vs FA Position, IBOR vs ABOR position etc to bring different book of records in line along with the right traction of the breaks by highlighting it to concerned responsible parties & to attain effective break resolution rate. Delay or wrong break assignment can cause operational issues as many a times other internal teams might get to know about a break from Recon's assignment.

Your key responsibilities

• The Reconciliation Production Analyst is responsible for the performance of comparison between two or more data sets, from internal or external sources, to identify matches and mismatches based upon pre-defined matching criteria.
• This role will be responsible for completing the day-to-day activity / BAU as per standards and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.
• The Reconciliation Production Analyst is also responsible for escalating the mismatches via pre-agreed criteria and matrix.

Your skills and experience

• Good Knowledge of Investment banking - Reconciliation
• 1 -3 Years of relevant experience.
