Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager at Zoho Corporation. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, possess excellent planning skills, and show leadership qualities.


Responsibilities: - Managing office operations remotely, including handling administrative tasks, organizing meetings, and overseeing office supplies. - Coordinating with team members and ensuring effective communication within the organization. - Handling employee inquiries and providing support for various office-related issues. - Assisting in HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - Providing support to senior management as needed. - Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. - 1 year of experience in office management or related roles. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. - Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities.
