Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Box8, a leading online food delivery platform in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a highly experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the drive and energy necessary to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all online operations to ensure seamless ordering, delivery, and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the online ordering process. 3. Manage a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to enhance the overall online experience. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in online operations management. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Experience in the food delivery industry is a plus.
