Risk Operations Manager

What does the job entail?

Design, implement and enhance an effective Risk governance, strategy and management framework to ensure key operational risks across the organization are adequately identified, analysed, monitored and reported.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation of the operational risk management framework across all functions to minimize the operational risks and losses and support process reviews for enhanced process performance and process output.
• Maintenance of Operational loss Database while analysing RCA (Root cause analysis) and suggest Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and follow-up for action plan and deadlines for closure of operational loss incidents
• Tracking and Updating of Risk incidents in system with all necessary details like RCA, CAPA by Co-ordinating with the stakeholders of various department.
• Maintenance of control reports by coordinating with different stakeholders. Regular monitoring of control reports to identify any modification/ addition/ deletions as per the requirements.
• Assist in developing RCSA and KRI framework for all the functions
• Active participation in carrying out the requisite RCSAs, identify residual risk and develop mitigation plans, evaluation of control effectiveness by conducting control test.
• Conducting thematic reviews to identify key risk in the process and assessment of whether related controls are in place.
• Active participation in Product and Process sign offs.
• Produce clear and comprehensive management reports and documentation to aid in effective risk management
• Cooperation and coordination with counterparts in other risk verticals
• Participate and contribute for projects as needed.
• Other Ad hoc risk management activities.

Work Experience/Qualification:

• Should have at least 5 years work experience
• CA/MBA-Finance/ MBA Operations
• Any other global certification in Risk management domain
