Job Description - Sales Executive

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive at AP Guru, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by effectively handling leads and facilitating communication between potential clients and our CEO. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, engaging with prospective clients, and scheduling meetings to further discuss our services. Additionally, you will be tasked with following up on leads to ensure a seamless transition through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle inbound calls from potential clients and provide them with information about AP Guru's services.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with leads and understand their educational needs and objectives.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with the CEO to schedule meetings with qualified leads for further discussion and consultation.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
