Job description: Sales Executive - Real Estate
As a Sales Representative in the real estate industry at WeOwn Services Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into closed deals with potential buyers and investors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, results-oriented, and have a passion for sales and the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification:
- Assess and qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and timeline.
- and convert them into closures with potential buyers and investors.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct property tours and presentations and address client queries.
3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate with potential buyers and Investors to achieve optimal outcomes.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales transactions.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT & CRM software.
-Communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu is a must.
