Job Description - Salesforce Business Analyst

Summary :We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. You will bridge the gap between business and technology by analyzing business needs, translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions, and driving user adoption through effective change management.Responsibilities :- Partner with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand their Salesforce challenges and opportunities.- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation and process optimization within Salesforce.- Document business requirements clearly and concisely using various techniques (e.g., user stories, use cases, data flow diagrams).- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including workflows, automation rules, custom objects, fields, and reports.- Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce documentation.- Conduct gap analysis to identify potential risks and ensure solutions align with overall business strategy.- Analyze data and user behavior to measure the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations and identify opportunities for further optimization.- Manage user training and adoption initiatives to ensure successful user onboarding and ongoing platform utilization.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.- Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, optional: Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and business process analysis methodologies.- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (a plus).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.- Proven ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
