Salesforce operations Manager- Immediate Joiner

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Team Leader to join our team and manage our company's internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using Salesforce technology. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering effective Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. You will also be responsible for optimizing our internal sales processes, leading to enhancements in the efficiency of our sales function.

Experience- 5years to 9 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day communication with stakeholders

2. Work with key stakeholders and Salesforce development team on requirements

3. Track the development progress of tasks

4. Ownership of bug-free deployment of tasks

5. Proactively identify automating functionalities in Salesforce

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success, bid management, legal, etc.) to align Salesforce Sales Cloud with business goals and objectives

7. Team management and assistance in resolving bottlenecks

8. Participate in project planning, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations to provide updates on Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives and progress

9. Coordinate with external stakeholders

10. Perform requirement gathering

11. Take responsibility for task assignment and timely deployment

12. Number crunching, including reports and dashboards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Salesforce CRM implementation and management

* Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its capabilities

* Sales process understanding

* Excel skills

* Prior BA experience

* Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its capabilities

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience in project management and coordination

* Strong leadership and team management skills
