Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Account Manager at AVGC INDIA in Pune. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer requirements, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will also be responsible for handling negotiations, resolving customer concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in government procurement processes and GeM
• Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
