Job Vacancy: Senior Receptionist Company: Crown Vet Location: Mumbai Position: Senior Receptionist Experience: 8 years+ Type: Full-time About Crown Vet: Crown Vet, a leader in veterinary care in India, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist for our clinics in Mumbai and Pune. Our clinics, equipped with modern facilities, are committed to providing exceptional care for pets. As the first point of contact, our receptionists play a pivotal role in maintaining our standard of excellence in client service and animal care. Role and Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Greeting clients and their pets, managing appointments, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment. Administrative Duties: Handling phone calls, managing client records, and performing basic accounting tasks. Team Support: Collaborating with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and patient care. Shifts: 9 am to 6 pm / 12 pm to 9 pm (Rotational shifts), 6 days working with one rotational off between Monday to Friday, weekends would be working Qualifications: Minimum 8 years+ of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, Preferably with a background in the medical field. Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite) and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
