Job Description: SharePoint Developer and Administration

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Salary: 15 LPA

Experience: 4-6 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities :

♦ Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions according to business requirements.

♦ Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.

♦ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SharePoint.

♦ Administer SharePoint environment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SharePoint servers and services.

♦ Manage user permissions, access controls, and security settings within SharePoint.

♦ Monitor and optimize SharePoint performance, ensuring reliability and scalability of the platform.

♦ Design and implement SharePoint workflows to automate business processes.

♦ Provide technical support and training to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.

♦ Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SharePoint and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.

♦ Work closely with other IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems.

Requirements :

♦ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

♦ Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer and Administrator.

♦ Strong proficiency in SharePoint development using SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell scripting.

♦ In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration.

♦ Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server versions (2013, 2016, 2019).

♦ Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for developing client-side web parts and extensions.

♦ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and security.

♦ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

♦ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

♦ Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Administrator (preferred).
