Specialist – Privacy Operations

We will count on you to:

• Able to assist the team with the management of data incidents
• Able to create or review risk assessments of Privacy tools, applications and/or products and services domiciled across the globe and help assess the risks involved
• Able to review incidents in the data loss prevention system and escalate as needed
• Maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Understand the work requirements and seek relevant sign-offs where required from the business in order for the Designated Approvers & Leaders to authorize the necessary actions
• This being a Global support role, you would be expected to liaise with the relevant colleagues globally in order to seek additional information for carrying out the reviews on the PRAs & Incident management, where required.
• Accountable for daily reporting of work volumes

What you need to have:

• Overall experience 1-4 years with relevant experience in Data Privacy
• Good understanding of the fundamentals of information security concepts
• Ability to research and summarize appropriate information
• Good written and verbal communication skills
