Job Description - Team Leader - Supply Operations

Expected Outcomes:

  • Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of leads or calls that result in a successful sale. T
  • Call Quality Score: Assess the quality of calls made by the team members, including factors such as professionalism, adherence to scripts, rapport-building, and overall customer experience.
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): Monitor the average duration of each call, including talk time and any follow-up tasks. A lower AHT can indicate higher productivity and efficiency in managing calls.
  • Lead Response Time: Measure how quickly the team responds to new leads or inquiries. Prompt response times are crucial in tele-calling to capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
  • Number of Onboardings completed: Track the number of onboardings completed by the team with potential couriers. This metric indicates the team's success in moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Number of FOD’s completed: Track the number of FOD’s completed by the team with Onboarded couriers. This metric indicates the team's success in moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Dialing Efficiency: Measure the number of calls made per hour or per day by each team member. This metric helps assess the team's productivity and activity level.
  • Pipeline Value: Monitoring pipeline value helps predict future revenue and identify areas for improvement in lead generation and nurturing.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and provide insights on improving acquisition funnel efficiency

Required Competencies:

  • Prior Experience in Handling Team (2-10 ppl)
  • Understanding Sales Funnel & Sales Metrics
  • Prior experience in sales on calls, chat/emails.
  • Prior experience in Inbound Sales. (at least 2 year)
  • Prior experience in Outbound Sales is an advantage
  • Multilingual - English, Hindi, Marathi, (Kannada, Tamil, Telegu is added advantage)
  • Should be good with Excel or Spreadsheets.
  • Experience working with CRM (min. 2 Year)
  • Good Communication Skills and Team Leader Skills
  • Should Comfortable with Flexi timing, Multitasking
  • Data driven approach - to be capable of building up a measurements to track down the efficiency of the team
  • Task and goals setting for the team, providing feedback to the team
  • Used Other Sales Analytical tools
  • Tech-savvy: understands sales and analytical software's, mentions experience working with them.
