Technical Operations Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking an Ops Technical Engineer Windows server Batch support with the below skill set for Chennai location

The role is to support the Infrastructure Operations which includes multiple tools and technologies not limited to Windows server SCCM

Being open minded and Willingness to learn is the key to this role Following skillset will help

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• ITIL Process awareness – Response Resolution time Availability SLA
• Experience on TWS IWS batch console Scheduling jobs in IWS cancelling jobs and running jobs manually
• Basic understanding in creating jobs in windows
• Perform Batch monitoring creating editing scheduling deleting batches
• Monitor server and URL related issues
• Ability to work in 24x7 project and adopts to shift rotation easily
• Prepare patching compliance report
• Experience in SCCM patching tool
• Maintain server Matrix and ensure proper communications are done to the teams
• Basic understanding on Windows Operating system
• Troubleshooting service related issues
• Managing Major Incidents ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorized expedited and resolved efficiently
• Demonstrated experience in Monitoring tool user administration and security best practic
• Must handle responsibilities by multi tasking working independently and with minimal direction
• Must deliver objectives both individually and by interaction with others therefore must demonstrate an understanding of organizational functions and departments
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner
