Basic Knowledge for understanding drawing 2D (Manual) & 3D VMC programming

Good Knowledge & Experience of design software i.e. auto cade, SolidWorks, solid edge

Hands on experience in VMC machine HAAS, FANUC Controller.

Knowledge of Handling Machining fixture, Cutting tools, Tool holders & various measuring instruments for above operation.

Set-up and manage VMC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.

Knowledge & experience of various metal cutting processes like – Turning, Milling, Drilling, boring, slitting etc.

Knowledge of cutting parameters

To have good communication skills.

Ready to work shift wise as per requirement
