Job Description - We are currently seeking a Office Administrator in FMCG industry

Job Purpose: The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the corporate office environment.

Job Description:

Managing inventory of office supplies and stationary items, including ordering and restocking as needed.

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.

Ensuring cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including coordinating with housekeeping staff for regular maintenance.

Overseeing the management of incoming and outgoing couriers, including tracking deliveries and ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.

Assisting in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and documents.

Welcoming and assisting high-profile guests and visitors to the office.

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.

Providing administrative support to various departments as required.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Office supply management

Housekeeping coordination

Guest and visitor assistance

Compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience

Any Graduate; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office suite and inventory management software.
