Job Description:

As an Office Boy at Disha Capital Insurance Brokers Private Limited, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises. Your main duties will include:

1. Cleaning and tidying the office space, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
2. Cleaning and sanitizing office equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
3. Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste in a hygienic manner.
4. Assisting in setting up and arranging meeting rooms for client meetings and internal meetings.
5. Running errands for office staff, such as making photocopies, delivering documents, and purchasing office supplies.
6. Ensuring that all common areas, such as the pantry and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained.
7. Assisting in minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets.
8. Ensuring that office premises are secure and locked properly at the end of the day.
9. Performing any other tasks as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects.
