Architecture Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team and lead the design and production of scale models, 3D models, and architectural models. As an integral part of our company, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and model makers to translate architectural designs into visually stunning and accurate representations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our projects.

Location: Vasai (East), Palghar

Responsibilities:

1) Conceptual Design:

• Collaborate with architects and clients to understand project requirements and design objectives.
• Develop conceptual sketches and digital renderings to visualize architectural designs in scale models and 3D models.

2) Digital Modeling:

• Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to create detailed 3D models of architectural designs.
• Ensure accuracy, scale, and fidelity of digital models to match the original architectural plans.

3) Scale Modeling:

• Lead the design and fabrication of physical scale models using a variety of materials and techniques.
• Oversee model makers and craftsmen to ensure the quality and precision of scale models.

4) Material Selection:

• Research and select appropriate materials for scale models and architectural models, considering durability, aesthetics, and budget constraints.

5) Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

6) Client Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, provide design recommendations, and address feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and models to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design, scale modeling, and 3D modeling.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning architectural models.
