Role Responsibilities:

1. Support project teams in the use of BIM authoring tools
2. Hold weekly coordination meetings with team members
3. Creating internal BIM standards used in the projects like standards for the use of modelling tools, standards for creating object libraries etc.
4. Early design review and constructability analysis
5. Producing project Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D content
6. Selecting and implementing solutions to automate repetitive tasks like the use of Dynamo, new plugins etc
7. Development and maintenance of BIM project documentation e.g. BEP, MIDP & TIPD
8. Implementing and maintaining the project Common Data Environment (CDE)
9. Monitoring project compliance to agreed workflows
10. Federate models and perform clash detection reporting
11. Coordinate and delegate project tasks amongst team members.
12. Carry out BIM check of models and deliverables produced by team
13. Identify and provide required trainings to the team members/helping the team in upskilling as and when required.

Candidate Specification :

1. Experience of civil /Structural engineering design
2. Supplementary experience in Navisworks, Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk BIM360
3. Familiarity with working to industry modelling standards
4. Knowledge of ISO19650 / BS1192 / PAS1192-2
5. EngTech TMICE or similar
6. Strong 3D modelling skills (especially Autodesk Revit Structures and Civil 3D)
7. Strong interest in 3D design, modelling and creating immersive models
8. Enthusiasm to learn new skills and embrace new technologies and software
9. Have an eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
10. Able to work on your own initiative, whilst displaying a commitment to contribute to, and learn from, the wider     team
11. Able to carry out detailing in 2D environment
12. Experience in Hydropower project is not mandatory but will be an advantage
13. Must have excellent communication skills
