Business Analyst - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks redundancies and inefficiencies in current operations as well as bridge process gaps with new ones.
• Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement process improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to enhance efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Lead crossfunctional teams in the execution of process improvement projects ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data to track the performance of process improvement initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to management on progress outcomes and future opportunities.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on process improvement techniques and tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for process improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and report on progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project improvement or operational excellence preferably in the real estate development or construction industry.
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects with tangible results.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use datadriven insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent project management skills including planning execution and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g. Visio Smartsheets) and data analysis software (e.g. Excel Looker Studio).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
