The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) technology. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Tibco BW Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integration solutions to meet business requirements.Responsibilities :1. Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using the Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) platform.2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.3. Develop and maintain Tibco BW processes, services, and adapters to integrate various systems and applications.4. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.5. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.6. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.9. Stay up-to-date with Tibco BW platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2. 7+ years of hands-on experience in Tibco BusinessWorks development.3. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using Tibco BW.4. Experience with Tibco BW administration, deployment, and performance tuning.5. Proficiency in XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.6. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.10.
