Glenearth Constructions, a leading company in residential construction and interior works, is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating,
and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and
present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution : Schedule, plan, and oversee all aspects of the assigned projects. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Coordination with Stakeholders : Coordinate and communicate with architects, project managers, and other consultants to receive timely approvals. Act as a point of contact for project-related queries.
- Labour Management : Identify and negotiate terms with labour teams for different works. Ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Progress Reporting : Prepare daily and weekly progress reports detailing the status of the project. Keep all stakeholders informed about the progress.
- Cost Estimation : Evaluate the cost estimates of the project and work towards cost optimization. Monitor project costs to ensure the project is kept within budget.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure the project's compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
- Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
