Role & responsibilities
- Working on the leads provided by VRM and meeting the Channel partners directly.
- Explaining the association benefits and USP of our company to channel partners,
- Achieving the sales target through the pool of CPs.
- Collect the documents and activate credit on file assessment.
- Sending regular marketing feedback based on -payout / Product and policy.
- Processing the file to the login stage by collecting the complete list of documents from clients.
- Be the Interface between the client and the operations team from sourcing to sanction of the Lead.
- Ensure agreement signing post sanction and resolve queries of customers.
- Maintaining a record of all the sanction copies.
- Resolving payout-related issues and providing updates to CPs of the same.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Home loan/LAP/Working capital.
- Good Communication skills( English & Kannada/Tamil). Hindi is an additional plus.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a must.
- Good Experience in Zoom Meetings, Google skills, and adaptability to CRMs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Familiarity with local markets and regulations is a plus.
