Job Description - Client Services Analyst

Overview about the role:

The Client Service Analyst plays a crucial role in maintenance of Client policies/concepts. Client Service Analyst works closely with the client team to gather the requirements and manage the medical policies. In collaboration with Research, Implementation, and Configuration teams, ensure client adopted (CS Library) and client requested (client specific Health Plan Policies/Customizations) policies are set up and executed accurately. The Client Service Analyst will evolve as an immediate point of contact for the clients to address any concerns pertaining to the client policies.

Responsibilities:

Client Medical Policy Maintenance:

  • Collaborate with the Implementation team to present suitable payment policies for client adoption.
  • Document client decisions and requirements regarding CS policies, customizations, and the development of client-specific Health Plan Policies.
  • Coordinate with Research and Configuration teams to construct client-requested policies.
  • Ensure the payer setup is updated in CREOL for relevant policies.

Execution Readiness:

  • Prepare client policies for execution.
  • Allocate appropriate policies for new clients (Proof of Concept).
  • Regularly execute client policies.

Policy-based Inquiries:

  • Address inquiries from clients regarding policies.
  • Escalate incidents and facilitate policy corrections.

Client Value Creation:

  • Identify opportunities for creating value for existing clients and new sales activities, thereby supporting client growth.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in the US Healthcare industry.
  • Certification as a Healthcare Professional, such as CPC (Certified Professional Coder).
  • Profound expertise in US healthcare concepts, medical coding, and payment integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills are desirable.

Work Location: Jayanagar - Bangalore.

Work Mode: Work from Office.
