Archadeo Homes is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Mavelikara. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the residential sector.

· Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.

· Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
