Since 1996, we have been designing, building and managing some of the best homes in the world. We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Role Purpose

We are looking for individuals who have passion for nurturing and hand-holding TE homes to our high net worth customers. The individual will have to manage the entire life cycle of customers and give them a world class experience. Ensure that the customer journey, across all touch points is pleasant and efficient, while ensuring collections are made in a timely manner.

Scope

• To manage and handhold 100 odd elite group of customers of TE throughout the interior design journey post sales
• Send eDesign credentials immediately post sale.
• Giving eDesign demo to customers within 24 hrs. of sending the credentials.
• Assisting customers through the unit interior design journey.
• Understanding customers’ requirements in detail and assisting them in making the right choice for their home.
• Educate and excite customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their requirements.
• Be an advisor to customer and recommend products and design options to customers that would meet the customer’s implicit or explicit requirements.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with customers thereby creating a deep bond, trust and good experience throughout the journey of Interior design.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external customers on time to ensure timely closure on ID journey and as per the commitments agreed between parties.
• Close interior design journey within 90 days by continuously helping customers on all required information and signing off.
• Formally record each ID in the company’s ERP system and provide regular reports to the function head on the status.
• Always maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, finishes, and designs.
• Quality inspection of the homes when ready for handover along with the Quality team.
• Creating a delightful customer experience through-out the ID journey.

Accountability

· For end to end activities related to the allocated units and effective liaising with internal departments to ensure all tasks are complete within stipulated timelines

· Customer Experience rating is high

· Achieving the interior design delivery goals for each month and securing customer sign-off within 90 days for each customer

· Preparing MIS reports

• Ensuring that the billing to customers is accurately captured.

Requirements

• Experience of handling elite customers would be an added advantage
• Educational qualification: Architecture / B. Arch
• Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dynamic, pleasing and positive personality with a go - getter attitude and the ability to face challenges
• Efficient coordination skills / experience
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Should be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays, Weekly offs will be provided
