Graphic Designer - Advertising

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. This is a great opportunity for a quick learner who possesses a strong understanding of design fundamentals and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a desire to contribute to impactful design solutions across various mediums.

Pay Scale

Our budget for the role is INR 20,000 - INR 35,000 per month. (solely depends on the work brought to the table)

Location

This is a full-time on-site opportunity. Our office is located at Churchgate, Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and execute visual assets for marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work on time
• Adapt existing designs and concepts for different platforms and formats while maintaining visual coherence and brand integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to refine and enhance visual impact and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and design strategy.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
