Job Description - HEAD OF SALES (PROJECTS & PRODUCTS- INTERIORS)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales (Projects & Products) to join our fast-growing and reputable interior design/fit-out company. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for great design, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in marketing and client servicing. Working closely with our team of designers, fit-out specialists, and carpenters/joiners, you will have access to quality furniture, tiles, paints, bathrooms, lights, kitchens, floorings, office chairs, doors, décor, furnishings, safes, carpets, nursery items, and more. This presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop and earn significant commissions in our expanding operation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide superior customer service and cultivate relationships with clients to sell and develop future business, utilizing effective selling skills.
2. Achieve monthly sales goals, delivery goals, and create and maintain a High Net Worth Individual (HNI) client base.
3. Identify and win major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts.
4. Provide sales and design services to clientele, including calls, presenting plans, and full presentation boards for design projects. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to clients.
5. Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's business and growth plans and sales targets. Manage communication with clients, ensuring all inquiries are attended to.
6. Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with other departments and senior management.
7. Drive product sales by promoting and selling a wide range of quality interior products to clients.
8. Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, tiles, paints, bathrooms, lights, kitchens, floorings, office chairs, doors, décor, furnishings, safes, carpets, nursery items, etc., including a strong understanding of construction features.
9. Maintain client contact from order writing through delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
10. Participate in other showroom functions, including training and mentoring others, weekly sales meetings, and working reports.

Job Expectations:

• Understanding of customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven working experience in marketing and client servicing.
• Track record in client and campaign management.
• Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in presentation.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Project management experience preferred.

Minimum Qualification:

Degree in relevant field
