Job Description - HR Operation Specialist

What's the role?

This role would provide important administrative support to the HR team, specifically with tasks related to employee records and addressing employee concerns.

What does the role involve?

Employee Documentation

  • Generating and issuing employee letters – Offer, Appointment, Promotion, etc
  • Maintain & Update Employee Documentation & Records in HRIS
  • Employee Exit process management
  • (Miscellaneous) Liaison with Finance team & external vendors for payments
Employee Grievance Handling
  • Experience of working on the Service-Now / Query redressal platform
  • Knowledge of categorizing and assigning queries to relevant stakeholder
  • Able to address employee queries on benefits, payroll, PF & gratuity
  • Liaison with inter/intra department to resolve employee queries
  • Liaison with Insurers / Brokers for employee Mediclaim & Insurances related queries
  • Strive to meet TAT expectations to create WOW ! experience for employees

What you need is:

What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling Employee Documentation and Grievances
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel & MS Word .
  • Empathetic and Supportive / works with an Employee Oriented approach
  • Able to convey thoughts with clarity / Good Communication skills.
  • Pro-active and able to navigate his/her way to close topics
