Job Description - International Business Development Manager

We are looking for an " International Business development Manager" on an immediate basis for our organisation "Amchem Products Pvt Ltd".

Industry - Construction Chemical /Paint (Preferred- dealing in Paints, Waterproofing and Flooring).

Location - Greater Noida West

Timings - 9:30 Am-5:30 Pm (5 Days working- 2nd and 4th saturday off)

Budget - Best as per Industry standard

Amchem is one of the leading two-component polyurethane coating manufacturers in the world. We have been in business for over 30+ years and have worked with some of the Worlds biggest pipe manufacturers such as Jindal Saw LLC, Welspun, Oriental Steel, Electrosteel etc. on projects totaling over 75 million square feet. We are growing at more than 50% CAGR and have been recently awarded “Star Export House” by the Government of India. With our new line of products that meet industrial standards from all over the world (USA – AWWA C222, France – ACS, UK – WRAS, Europe – EN 10290 / , etc.), we are looking to expand more aggressively into newer markets.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to assess markets, strategies, industry practices and potential customers for our product line, identify key decision personnel and contact them to generate interest in our products and services. Once firm interest is generated, the lead will be transferred to the sales department for closing the sale.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective customers, key decision personnel, industry verticals, and markets for our line of products.
  • Work closely with the Sales department to hand over generated leads for closing.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Continuously analyze and monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
